Jordan Walker
Editorial Assistant
Jordan is currently an editorial assistant at Technica Editorial, where they provide editorial support and peer review management for academic journals. Before joining Technica, Jordan worked as a journalist reporting on consumer protection and antitrust stories, a proofreader, research specialist, and paralegal. Jordan earned their Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from The University of North Carolina-Wilmington, where they taught creative writing for three years. After graduating, they decided to pursue their interest in publishing. In their spare time they enjoy going to the beach in Wilmington, NC with their dogs, reading science/nature-focused nonfiction and speculative fiction, and writing.
