Anne Brenner

Assistant Managing Editor

As an Assistant Managing Editor, Anne brings extensive experience in editing various types of publications, including journals, magazines, newsletters, and books. She has expertise in the peer review management process, copy editing, and proofreading, and she is passionate about getting to know each client in order to best tailor every project to his or her specific needs. Anne was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, moving to North Carolina when she came to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She graduated in 2011 with a degree in Communication Studies and a concentration in Media Studies and Production. She loved Chapel Hill-Carrboro so much that she decided to stay in the area after graduation. Anne has a great interest for all kinds of writing; prior to joining the Technica team, she wrote magazine articles on a variety of topics, from restaurant reviews to profiles of people and places around the Triangle area. She has also worked in broadcast journalism. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, going on scenic runs, and, of course, cheering on all of her favorite Tar Heel sports teams.

The Technica Advantage

At Technica Editorial, we believe that great teams cannot function in silos, which is why every member of our staff is cross-trained in editorial support and production. We train our employees from the ground up so they can see how each role fits into the larger publishing process. This strategy means Technica is uniquely positioned to identify opportunities to improve and streamline your workflow. Because we invest in creating leaders, you get more than remote support — you get a partner.
